These Terms of Service explain the rules for using indexlink247.com, a platform designed to help you get your links indexed quickly and reliably. By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or using any part of the dashboard or API, you agree to the terms on this page.
These terms are intended to clearly describe what the service does, how data is handled, what usage is allowed, and what to expect regarding credits, refunds, service availability, and support. If you do not agree with these terms, you should stop using the platform.
1. Service Overview
indexlink247.com provides link indexing and management for websites, projects, and domains across selected locations and devices. Core features include link submission, indexing status, project organization, and API-based access to indexing data.
The platform is built for SEO teams, agencies, in-house marketers, and developers who need a reliable way to get their links discovered and indexed by Google. We may add, update, or retire specific features to improve service quality.
The service is prepaid. You add credits to your wallet, then spend those credits on indexing packages. Each package states a price in credits per URL and the number of days within which we guarantee indexing for that package. Public package descriptions on the site are informational and may change as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account email and for updating account details when they change. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support as soon as possible.
An account belongs to an organization, and an organization may include multiple users with different roles and permissions. Wallet credits, orders, links, and projects belong to the organization, not to an individual user. The account owner or administrator is responsible for ensuring users are authorized to access organization data and for removing access when team members no longer require it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use indexlink247.com only for lawful SEO and link indexing purposes. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or other accounts.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass submission limits or credit charges.
- Submitting URLs for sites you do not own or are not authorized to act for.
- Submitting URLs that host malware, phishing, or content that is illegal where you operate.
- Using automated requests in a way that disrupts service stability.
- Reverse engineering, scraping internal systems, or attempting to copy core service logic.
- Sharing access credentials in ways that bypass user or seat limits.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules to protect platform reliability for all users.
If automated traffic exceeds normal usage patterns, temporary throttling can be applied to protect stability. Repeated abuse after warnings may result in permanent account restrictions.
4. Link Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of the links, domains, and project inputs you submit. We process this information to submit your URLs for indexing and to generate indexing status, history, and API responses.
Indexing outputs can vary due to search engine behavior, location, and algorithm changes. indexlink247.com provides tracked indexing data based on the configured parameters in your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the URLs and domains you add. We do not verify legal ownership of every submitted domain and may remove projects reported as unauthorized or abusive.
We may use anonymized, aggregated technical metrics (for example, system performance and job processing statistics) to improve indexing quality and platform reliability, without exposing your identifiable project data.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We store your submitted URLs, their indexing status, and related job metadata while your account is active so you can review history and exports. After account termination, data may be retained for up to 90 days for recovery and support purposes, then deleted according to our internal retention process.
If local law requires longer retention for invoices or tax records, those records may be kept as required, separate from your link indexing records.
While your account is open you can review your full order history, per-link indexing status, and wallet transaction history in the dashboard.
Account deletion requests may require identity verification to prevent unauthorized removal. Once data is fully deleted under retention rules, it cannot be restored.
6. API Usage
API access uses API keys that you create in the dashboard. Each key can be given a limited scope, rotated, or deleted at any time. Requests are rate-limited to protect platform stability. You must keep API keys secure and avoid exposing them in public repositories or client-side code.
You may use API responses inside your internal tools, client dashboards, or approved workflows as long as that usage stays within these terms. Orders placed through the API spend wallet credits exactly as orders placed in the dashboard do. We may temporarily limit or suspend API access if usage threatens platform performance or violates acceptable use.
API versioning, response fields, and endpoint behavior may be improved over time. Material API changes are communicated through release notes, changelog entries, or in-product notices where possible.
You are responsible for handling retries, timeouts, and response validation in your own systems. We are not responsible for downstream effects in third-party applications that consume your API output.
7. Credits, Packages, and Payment
indexlink247.com is prepaid and has no subscription. You top up your wallet with credits, and credits are the only means of paying for indexing on the platform. There is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal, and no minimum commitment.
Top-ups are available by card through our payment processor, by bank transfer, and by USDT. Credits are added once payment is confirmed. Bank transfer and USDT top-ups are confirmed manually and may take longer than card payments.
Each indexing package states a price in credits per URL and the number of days within which that package guarantees indexing. When you place an order, we debit package price × number of URLs from your wallet immediately and create one indexing job per URL. A single submission is limited to 100 URLs; larger volumes can be split across several orders.
Every order needs sufficient credits at the moment it is placed. If your balance is not enough, the order is rejected in full — orders are never partially executed.
Package prices may change. Changes apply only to orders placed after the change; orders already submitted keep the price and the guaranteed window that applied when they were placed.
Credits are an internal accounting unit for using this service. They are not a deposit, not electronic money, and carry no interest. Credits cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged back into cash, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
8. Indexing Guarantee and Refunds
Each order is settled per URL, not per order. Our system checks every submitted link against the guaranteed window of the package it was bought under.
If a link is indexed within that window, the credits spent on it are consumed. If it is not indexed within that window, the credits spent on that link are automatically returned to your wallet. You do not need to open a support request for this — the refund is issued by the system and appears in your transaction history as a refund entry.
Refunds are returned as wallet credits, not to your original payment method. Refunded credits can be spent on any future order.
The guarantee covers the outcome of the links you submitted through the platform. It does not cover links removed, blocked, redirected, or made inaccessible on your own site after submission, nor URLs that are excluded from indexing by your own robots directives or noindex tags.
9. Accuracy and Availability
We work to submit your links promptly and to report their indexing status accurately, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party dependencies, or external network conditions.
We continuously improve our submission methods, interfaces, and data pipelines. Changes to the platform are part of normal service operation and may affect how certain features are presented.
Whether a URL is ultimately indexed is decided by Google, not by us. Our role is to submit your links for crawling and to report the status we observe. Google may change its crawling and indexing behaviour at any time, and such changes can affect indexing rates and timing. Where a link is not indexed within the window guaranteed by your package, the refund terms for that package apply.
10. Privacy and Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your account and link data. You are responsible for using strong passwords and managing access to your team members.
Personal data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy both apply, each document governs its own topic.
Security controls may include access logs, encryption in transit, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we maintain practical safeguards aligned with platform risk and operational needs.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when there is a material violation of these terms, abusive usage, or fraudulent or reversed payments.
Upon termination, access to dashboard and API features may end immediately. Data retention and deletion timelines are handled under the data section above.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure non-critical violations before suspension. Severe misuse, security threats, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate action without prior notice.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest version is published on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the platform after updates are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with a revised version, you may stop placing orders and stop using the service. Because the service is prepaid per order, there is nothing to cancel.
13. Intellectual Property
indexlink247.com, including software, interface design, data processing systems, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Using the platform does not transfer ownership of these rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative services based on core platform technology except where explicitly allowed by law or written permission.
14. Feedback and Product Input
If you submit product feedback, feature ideas, or improvement suggestions, you grant indexlink247.com the right to use that input to improve the platform without additional compensation.
15. Service Communication
By using the platform, you agree to receive service-related communications such as billing notices, account alerts, product updates, and operational messages relevant to your usage.
Marketing communications can generally be managed from email preferences where available, but critical service notices may still be sent when necessary for account operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, indexlink247.com is provided on an "as available" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that any particular URL will be indexed, or compatibility with every external system.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to paid use of the service is limited to the credits you spent on the orders the claim relates to.
17. Contact
For support related to link indexing, account usage, API access, or billing questions, contact us at [email protected].
To help us resolve requests faster, include your account email, workspace/project name, and a brief description of the issue.
18. Fair Usage and Resource Allocation
To ensure consistent performance for all customers, compute and crawling resources are allocated using fair-usage controls. This includes queue prioritization, concurrency controls, and request smoothing during peak periods.
If usage consistently exceeds normal patterns, we may apply temporary throttling or contact you to agree on an arrangement better suited to your workload.
19. Scheduled Maintenance and Incident Response
We may perform scheduled maintenance to improve stability, security, and indexing accuracy. Where practical, maintenance windows are announced in advance through dashboard notices or service communication channels.
For incidents affecting link indexing jobs, API responses, or dashboard availability, our team will investigate, apply mitigations, and restore service as quickly as reasonably possible.
20. Third-Party Dependencies
Parts of the service rely on infrastructure and technology providers such as hosting, network, observability, or payment services. Interruptions at these providers can impact platform behavior even when core application systems are healthy.
Search engine behavior, layout changes, and anti-automation mechanisms may also affect collection timing and observed indexing outputs. These external changes are outside direct operational control of indexlink247.com.
21. Service Levels and Support Prioritization
Support response times may vary based on issue severity and current incident load. Critical production-impact issues are prioritized ahead of general feature questions.
We may request technical details such as request IDs, timestamps, affected URLs, link or project codes, and reproduction steps to diagnose indexing or API issues effectively.
22. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including major network outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, or broad infrastructure failures.
During such events, obligations are suspended only for the duration and scope of the impact, and both parties are expected to act in good faith to resume normal operation.
23. Governing Terms and Interpretation
If a specific written agreement between you and indexlink247.com states different commercial terms for pricing, limits, or support, that written agreement will control for those specific items.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Section titles are for readability and do not limit interpretation.
